DJ Babaria fortified his strengths in bank management as a director at United Central Bank. Soon thereafter, he realized that he was capable of establishing is own bank.
In 2005, the Babaria Group acquired a privately held FDIC Insured First Bank of Shallowater located in Shallowater, TX. Mark Taylor, President and CEO of FSB presides over day to day management of the Bank. AJ Babaria presides as the Chairman of the Board.
